           Lunenburg Old Home Day 
                 Saturday August 4
                        on and around the Lunenburg Common


The Lunenburg Common is located on Route 2 in the center of town. The day will offer activities for all ages and is a great time to enjoy the history and traditions of a small Vermont town.

There are many activities unfolding during the day, so plan on more than an quick visit to check things out! The following activities have been confirmed; more will be added as details become available.


Bud Colby horseshoe tournament on lawn between town offices & Lunenburg Variety - 9:00 register, 10:00 play begins
Vendors on Common - 9:00 - 3:00 (FMI and to reserve a space contact Dianne Peyton 802-892-1154)
Alden Balch Library Book and Food Sale - 9:00 - 1:00
Senior Center Strawberry Shortcake at town offices - beginning after parade

"Summertime Fun" themed Parade - beginning at 10:00 (FMI and to register contact Trina Labounty 802-473-8021)
Chicken Bar-B-Q - beginning at noon (FMI Judy Balch 802-892-7786)
Live Music - "Raized on Radio" at the gazebo noon - 3:00

Senior Center Bingo at school - 1:00 - 3:00
TOCC Auction in the Congregational Church building - beginning at 3 (Those with auction items (what's acceptable and for pick-up) contact Gary Fournier at 802-892-5925)
